    People with diabetes frequently experience comorbid conditions and complications associated with the disease. This can lead to significant burdens on the individual and the diabetes care team. The overall goal of this program is to provide members of the diabetes care team with the knowledge and training to prevent and implement strategies for diabetes-related complications occurring from head to toe.
