The South Carolina Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (ADCES) presents the 36th annual diabetes conference on November 7, 2024 at the USC Pastides Alumni Center in Columbia, SC. Join us for our Mission: Possible- Agents for Change as we unlock the newest intelligence on diabetes management and self-care behaviors.

Conference speakers are recognized experts in the field of diabetes care including dieticians, nurses, and pharmacists. This year's conference will feature two presentations by the 2024 national ADCES diabetes care and education specialist of the year, Christine Schumacher.
