The following programs are staff-driven initiatives that recognize and support staff while further building our ADCES community.

The goal of the Staff Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee is to take proactive steps to foster a welcoming environment at ADCES where individual differences are both valued and respected.

Chuck Macfarlane Staff Values Award

This is an annual opportunity for staff to recognize a colleague who contributes to our organizational culture and exemplifies the team values in their daily professional activities.

Our culture and staff are connected, welcoming and nurturing. As my favorite things about working here, they've allowed me to grow professionally and personally over the past 8 years.
