Reporting to the VP of Practice & Learning, the Director, Grant Operations is responsible for directing the strategy, operations, and tactics in grant(s) administration, proactively managing compliance responsibilities and financial budgeting as it pertains to multi-year Cooperative Agreement and other sub-grants.

The Distance Education Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing multiple distance learning programs simultaneously, including new and revised programs.

Total Rewards Program

Compensation

Our comprehensive total rewards package is designed to attract, reward and retain talented individuals who will deliver superior service to our members and business partners:

• Competitive base pay

• 401(k) plan – employees are fully vested at 100% from the first day of employment with ADCES contributing 6% of an employee's salary to the employee’s 401(k) account without requiring an employee contribution.

• Medical insurance – 4 options (HMO, two PPOs and High Deductible options) available through Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Dental insurance – PPO dental insurance, allowing employees access to the dentist of their choice

• Life/AD&D insurance – insured amount is 1x salary with a minimum of $50,000 value, 100% paid by ADCES

Work-Life Balance

Vacation – employees initially accrue at least two weeks' vacation annually

Holidays – employees receive 11 paid holidays per year

The committee's mission is to positively contribute to ADCES’ culture by offering access to information and activities that support and promote healthy lifestyle choices and behaviors.

The goal of the Staff Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee is to take proactive steps to foster a welcoming environment at ADCES where individual differences are both valued and respected.
