Open Association Jobs
Directs and manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Subject Matter Expert (SME) Network to support Training, Technical Assistance (TA), Guidance Documents Development, and Resource Management for recipients.
The SME Network Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all logistics and scheduling activities of the Subject Matter Expert (SME) Network, working closely with the SME Network team, learning strategists and Core 2 team, and responding within one business day to all communications from SME partners.

Compensation
Our comprehensive total rewards package is designed to attract, reward and retain talented individuals who will deliver superior service to our members and business partners:
• Competitive base pay
• 401(k) plan – employees are fully vested at 100% from the first day of employment with ADCES contributing 6% of an employee's salary to the employee’s 401(k) account without requiring an employee contribution.
