The Guardian 4 from Medtronic
The Guardian™ 4 sensor provides continuous real-time glucose readings that the MiniMed™ 780G system uses to automatically adjust insulin delivery every 5 minutes. This sensor does not require fingerstick calibration under most conditions.
Please Note: The Guardian™ 4 sensor is not a standalone CGM. It is designed to work exclusively with Medtronic insulin delivery systems, including the MiniMed™ 780G automated insulin delivery (AID) system. It does not connect directly to a smartphone app for real-time glucose display and cannot be used independently of a compatible Medtronic pump.
