Midwest Connect 2025: “Here We Thrive Together – Transforming Diabetes Care”
📅 November 13–14, 2025 | 📍 ISU Alumni Center, Normal, IL

Midwest Connect 2025 will gather more than 100 diabetes care and education specialists—including pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and registered dietitians—for two days of cutting-edge education, collaboration, and celebration of World Diabetes Day. This annual meeting is open to both members and non-members, offering up to 8 hours of CE credit across diverse, practice-changing topics.

The conference begins Thursday afternoon with sessions highlighting the use of diabetes technology in pregnancy, strategies for leveraging technology in rural health, and building sustainable CGM programs, followed by an interactive panel discussion.

On Thursday evening, attendees are invited to the IL/IN/IA/MO/WI CB Award Ceremony, held following the Medtronic-sponsored Speaker and Dinner. Medtronic will coordinate dinner registration and forward details to all meeting registrants.

Friday’s full-day program features presentations on patient advocacy and insurance/Medicaid navigation, an in-depth workshop on diabetes billing opportunities, practical nutrition strategies to foster fiber-forward choices, and the highly anticipated 2025 Diabetes Medication Update. Attendees will also have multiple opportunities to network with colleagues, meet industry partners, and explore the latest innovations in diabetes care.

By bringing together leaders and practitioners across the care spectrum, Midwest Connect 2025 aims to advance clinical practice, foster interprofessional collaboration, and equip healthcare providers with tools to transform diabetes care in their communities.

The IL_IN_IA_MO_WI CB Award Ceremony will be held on Thursday evening, November 13, 2025, following the Medtronic Speaker and Dinner. Medtronic will set up the registration for the dinner, and it will be forwarded to those who register for the meeting on either day.
