Activity Description: This full day live CE symposium is a very popular educational activity for all healthcare professionals involved in diabetes care, education, and support. The speakers will offer information on a variety of topics regarding lifestyle management of diabetes, diabetes in pregnancy, teaching diabetes self-management in a more engaged manner, as well as a panel of Health Care Professionals addressing Type 1 Diabetes in the Lifespan. The teaching/learning strategies at this activity will include lectures, slides, case studies, question and answer interaction and handouts.

Target Audience: This activity is designed for individuals or groups of diabetes care and education specialist including RNs, RDs, Pharmacists, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Physician Assistants, MDs, and other health care professionals interested in staying up to date on current practices of care for people with diabetes and other related conditions.
