Stelo by Dexcom is an over-the-counter glucose biosensor for people 2 years and older who are not taking insulin, including individuals living with prediabetes or Type 2 diabetes who do not experience problematic hypoglycemia.

The Stelo Glucose Biosensor is worn on the back of the upper arm and delivers glucose readings 24/7 to a compatible smartphone. Stelo allows users to track their glucose trends and make informed decisions about their food choices, physical activity, sleep, stress and lifestyle.

Sensor Duration:

Up to 15 day wear and 12 hour grace period

30 minutes

Approved For Children:

Indicated in persons 2 years and older who are not taking insulin, including individuals living with prediabetes or Type 2 diabetes who do not experience problematic hypoglycemia.

Fingerstick Calibration Required:

No fingersticks required (however, if glucose alerts and readings from this device do not match symptoms or expectations, users are advised to use a blood glucose meter to make diabetes treatment decisions).
