Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) offers real-time insights and improves glycemic control. However, access and adoption of technology can be overwhelming for many people with diabetes without the right education and support. This webinar is designed to equip the care team with practical tools and strategies to effectively prepare people with diabetes for a successful CGM journey. Participants will learn how to identify suitable candidates for CGM, address common concerns and misconceptions, and provide support that fosters confidence and engagement.
Learning Outcome
The goal of this webinar is to enhance healthcare providers' knowledge, skills, and confidence in initiating and supporting the use of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) among individuals with diabetes. By the end of the session, providers will learn the best practices for preparing patients for CGM initiation through personalized education, effective communication, and ongoing support.

• Implement a structured and practical approach to preparing people with diabetes for CGM initiation
