Participants will dive into the world of diabetes medications, learning how to identify opportunities to optimize or reduce drug use, while harnessing the healing potential of lifestyle interventions. In this session, attendees will discover how to integrate these lifestyle changes into patient care plans, change medication regimens, improve overall well-being. The program will guide healthcare professionals in evaluating the success of deprescribing strategies, balancing clinical outcomes with patient satisfaction.
