Data Sharing:

Dexcom CLARITY is designed for patients using Dexcom products to share their past CGM data with their provider. Clinicians can set up a Dexcom CLARITY account for their clinic and invite patients to share their data by sending the patient a secure code. The patient enters the code into their CLARITY account, along with their birthdate and the patient and provider are then sharing data. The provider can access the patient data anytime. CLARITY is NOT indicated for the use of real time CGM alerts and alarms. It is for the review of past data only.

Platforms & Modalitiy:

On PC and Mac for the web view for both clinicians and patients. Smartphone app available only for patients.

Security & Privacy:
Dexcom has established an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 to govern the security of assets and information that comprise and support the customer data environment. Dexcom CLARITY facilitates secure sharing of PHI by using propriety sharing codes and the requirement of a patient birthdate when accepting a clinic link.

Dexcom CLARITY is free and available on the internet at clarity.dexcom.com or in the app store for your smartphone. Dexcom CLARITY is intended to be used as an important part of the Dexcom CGM system.
