  • Available as: 3mL single-patient use FlexPen®
  • Once in use Novolog® FlexPen® may be kept at room temperature below 86°F (30°C) for up to 28 days and should not be refrigerated.
  • Not in-use Novolog® may be kept refrigerated at 36o-46oF (2o-8oC) until the expiration date or at room temperature, below 86°F (30°C), for up to 28 days.
  • Novolog® must be discarded 28 days after removal from the refrigerator regardless of whether in-use or not in-use.
  • Keep pen cap on when not in use
  • Protect from excessive heat and sunlight
  • Store pen without an injection needle attached
  • Always use a new needle for each injection

  • Also available as 10mL multiple-dose vial and 3mL single-patient-use PenFill® cartridges for use in a PenFill® cartridge device.
  • Never share a Novolog® FlexPen®, or PenFill® cartridges between patients
