The Welldoc integrated platform is deployed at a system level. The Welldoc app actively images patients with a personalized condition specific coach and insights based on their data and medications. The Management Portal which can be integrated into the EHR, provides continuous health data exchange to providers and drives improved coordination and better patient outcomes.
How Does the Welldoc App Benefit My Patients?
