Tandem Mobi Mini insulin pump with Control-IQ technology is an advanced hybrid closed-loop system that uses an algorithm to automatically adjust insulin delivery in response to glucose levels. Similar to the Tandem tslim:X2 with Control-IQ, the Mobi insulin pump predicts glucose values 30 minutes ahead, based on CGM readings, and can decrease or stop basal insulin delivery to help prevent lows, or increase basal insulin delivery and deliver correction boluses to help avoid highs.
The Tandem Mobi has an on-pump button to provide an alternative to Smartphone control for insulin boluses.
