Take Action During the August Congressional Recess

Members of the US House of Representatives and the US Senate have left Washington, DC for their home districts for the month of August. This presents a unique opportunity for advocates to connect with their legislators while they are at home.

Legislators will be spending time in their district offices and many will also host or attend local events like townhalls, community events, and/or fundraisers. We challenge each AADE advocate to make a connection with your legislator during this time! If you do, whether its by attending a meeting or a townhall — let AADE know or post your experience to the Advocacy Forum on MY AADE NETWORK!
