IF the eBook redemption code is accessed,eBooks cannot be returned or refunded.
You will receive the redemption code and instructions for your ebook within 24 hours after your purchase.

You will redeem your eBook through VitalSource, ADCES’s eBook vendor.  Your eBook is available to you in 2 ways:

1. On your computer hard drive  or mobile device: (e.g., personal computer, laptop, tablet, e-reader, smart phone): Be sure to download the eBook to your computer and/or device so that you have a permanent copy.  You are allowed to include up to two (2) mobile devices (e.g., iOS, Android, Kindle Fire) and two (2) computers (Windows, Mac) registered at any given time to your account.

You will need to install the Bookshelf app on your computer or mobile device to access your ebook.  Instructions for downloading the VitalSource Bookshelf app will be provided when you receive your ebook redemption code.
You cannot download the book to a shared network drive.

2. Remote Access: View online via the VitalSource website. You may view your eBook on the VitalSource website for 365 days following the date of activation.

When you purchase the eBook, you will receive email confirmation of purchase.
