Diana Isaacs, PharmD, BC-ADM, BCACP, CDCES, FADCES, FCCP is an Endocrinology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist. She serves as the Co-Director of Endocrine Disorders in Pregnancy and the Director of Education and Training in Diabetes Technology at the Cleveland Clinic Endocrinology and Metabolism Institute. Dr. Isaacs holds board certifications in ambulatory care and advanced diabetes management and is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.
Dr. Isaacs served on the American Diabetes Association (ADA) Professional Practice Committee from 2020-2023, the committee that updates the ADA Standards of Care. She also served on the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (ADCES) Board of Directors from 2021-2024. She is currently on the leadership of the Diabetes Practice Group for the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology and is a planning member of their Annual Meeting and Chair of their Diabetes Technology Certificate. She co-hosts a podcast titled “Diabetes Dialogue: Technology, Therapeutics and Real-World Perspectives.” She advocates access and choice to the latest technologies and therapeutics for all people with diabetes and speaks on diabetes related topics nationally and internationally. She was the ADCES Diabetes Care and Education Specialist of the Year in 2020 and inducted into the SIUE Alumni Hall of Fame in 2022 for her far-reaching contributions in diabetes care.

Natalie Bellini, DNP, FNP-BC, BC-ADM, CDCES is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University and Endocrine Nurse Practitioner at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio where she is the Program Director of Diabetes Technology following approximately sixty-five thousand people with diabetes. Dr. Bellini earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Drexel University and Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice from D'Youville University. Dr. Bellini holds board certifications as a family nurse practitioner and in advanced diabetes management. She has published studies on topics including the use of GLP-1 agonists in patients with Type 1 diabetes as well as the use of technology in diabetes management. She has been a speaker nationally and internationally regarding diabetes management and the impact of technology on diabetes care and outcomes. She is currently serving as the chair of the Youth Advisory Committee for the ADA, served on the ADA Scientific Sessions Technology Planning Committee for 2024 and 2025.
