Diana Isaacs, PharmD, BC-ADM, BCACP, CDCES, FADCES, FCCP is an Endocrinology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist. She serves as the Co-Director of Endocrine Disorders in Pregnancy and the Director of Education and Training in Diabetes Technology at the Cleveland Clinic Endocrinology and Metabolism Institute. Dr. Isaacs holds board certifications in ambulatory care and advanced diabetes management and is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Dr. Isaacs is currently on the leadership of the Diabetes Practice Group for the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology and is a planning member of their Annual Meeting and Chair of their Diabetes Technology Certificate. She co-hosts a podcast titled "Diabetes Dialogue: Technology, Therapeutics and Real-World Perspectives."

Dr. Johnson received her medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, followed by a residency at Self Regional Healthcare. She works as a rural family medicine physician at Due West Family Practice. Dr. Johnson is also Clinic Director and diabetologist at Full Circle Care Diabetes Clinic, with a focus on obesity, cardiometabolic health, and hypercortisolism. Board certified in family medicine and obesity medicine, she is also Community Faculty and Assistant Professor with the Montgomery Center for Family Medicine in Greenwood, South Carolina. Dr. Johnson is a Diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Lipidology, and holds active memberships with the American Diabetes Association, American College of Diabetology, and National Lipid Association.
